- What do I get?
- Find YouTube creators and online businesses, verify contact details, send outreach and handle replies in one place. Every plan includes your whole team, unlimited connected mailboxes and booking links.
- How much does it cost?
- Plans and prices are above. Yearly plans cost less per month. Nothing is charged until you are approved.
- What happens after I apply?
- We review your application. Once approved, choose your plan, finish setup and connect your sending accounts. Your mailboxes start sending right away, slowly, while they warm up.
- Can I connect Outlook or another Microsoft email?
- Not yet. Gmail and Google Workspace only.
- How many emails can I send a day?
- Each mailbox sends at most 100 campaign emails a day once it is warmed up, follow-ups included. A new one starts at 1 a day and climbs each week to 100 by week 8. Emails go out on weekdays, 9 AM to 5 PM. Add mailboxes to reach more people.
- Do higher plans raise the daily limit?
- No. Every mailbox keeps the same daily pace on every plan.
- Who sends my emails?
- Google sends them from your own connected account. Replies arrive in the Email Sender inbox. Open and click tracking are on by default.
- Is there an unsubscribe link?
- Yes. Every outreach email includes your name, postal address and a small unsubscribe link. An unsubscribe or a reply asking you to stop prevents further outreach.
- What if Google blocks a mailbox?
- The mailbox pauses automatically. Check Connected accounts for the reason. The Domains page shows which domains can send and how to fix the rest.
- What happens when I reach my plan limit?
- Queued emails wait and searches pause until the monthly allowance resets on the 1st. Nothing is lost. Ask us in chat if you need a larger plan.
- Where do prospect emails come from?
- Public business contact details on channel descriptions, video descriptions and websites. Addresses are checked before outreach.
- Will it email a channel I already talked to?
- Channels already in your contacts or on your suppression list are skipped in new searches.
- Can my whole team use it?
- Yes. Invite teammates and choose what each person can open. There is no charge per person or per connected mailbox.
- What does it need from my Google account?
- Google sign-in shares your name, email and picture. To connect a sending mailbox, create a Google app password for Email Sender. You can revoke it in Google at any time.
- Why apply instead of signing up?
- A person reviews each business before it can send. We can also help you get set up. No tool can guarantee replies or inbox placement.
